Anti-GART Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GART, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-320 of human GART (NP_000810.1) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight for the target is 120 kDa.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
