Anti-GARS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GARS and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 60–370 of human GARS (NP_002038.2) and has been affinity purified. It is KO validated.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:100–1:500, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the concentration is lot specific. Reported molecular weight is 76 kDa. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
