Anti-GAPDHS Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against GAPDHS and is provided in an unconjugated format for use in Western blot (WB) applications. It was raised in Rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human GAPDHS. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of the GAPDHS protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
