Anti-GAPDHS Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GAPDHS (Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase, Spermatogenic), a testis-enriched glycolytic enzyme essential for ATP generation during spermatogenesis and sperm motility. In contrast with the ubiquitously expressed somatic GAPDH isoform, GAPDHS expression is largely restricted to male germ cells within the seminiferous epithelium and developing spermatids, making it a useful marker in reproductive biology and male fertility research.

Supplied as 100 µL of polyclonal antiserum at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH ~7.2) with 15 mM sodium azide as a preservative, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) detection in human, mouse, and rat samples.
