Anti-GAPDH Antibody - Identical to Novus (NB300-327)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GAPDH and is supplied as a liquid whole antiserum. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human GAPDH, expressed in and purified from E. coli. The target has a molecular weight of 36 kDa, and the antibody is unconjugated with an IgG isotype.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Horse, Bovine, Porcine, Chicken, Rat and Mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:30,000, ICC/IF: 1:2,000 and IHC: 1:2,000.

The antibody is provided as an aliquot of serum containing 5 mM Sodium Azide as a preservative. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
