Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated mouse monoclonal IgG2b reagent (clone AMC0062R, catalogue AC002) targets glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (UniProt P04406) by binding a recombinant fragment spanning amino acids 1-335 of the human protein. The affinity-purified antibody recognizes the ~36 kDa target across human, mouse, and rat samples and has been internally validated on HeLa, 293T, Hep G2, mouse liver, mouse spleen, rat liver, and rat kidney lysates. It is supplied as 100 µl in PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol at pH 7.3, preserved with either proclin300 or sodium azide as specified on the lot certificate. The recommended western blot working range is 1:5000 to 1:50000, typically applied overnight at 4 °C against 25 µg of total lysate per lane.
