Anti-GAPDH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GAPDH (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase). It is supplied unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GAPDH as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of GAPDH protein. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Provided as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.04% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
