Anti-GAP-43 Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human GAP-43 sequence flanking the non-phosphorylation site at Ser41, allowing the antiserum to detect endogenous levels of the protein in tissue lysates and sections. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA applications, with cross-reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The host is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the target specificity covers the GAP43 gene product.
