Anti-GAMT Antibody

A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and directed against GAMT. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-236 of human GAMT (NP_000147.1). The reported molecular weight of the target is 29 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:100-1:500 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
