Description
A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, produced in rabbit and unconjugated, targeting GALT. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human GALT, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GALT protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol, and the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
