Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GALR1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and the manufacturer reports that it detects endogenous levels of GALR1 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GALR1.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 39 kDa.
