Anti-GALP Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to GALP (Galanin-like peptide). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Prepared by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–116 of human GALP (NP_149097.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
