Anti-GALNT2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GALNT2 and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 442–571 of human GALNT2 (NP_004472.1) and was affinity purified [S1].

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples [S1]. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF [S1]. The reported molecular weight is 65 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific [S1].
