Anti-GALNS Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187516)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GALNS, also referred to as Chondroitinase. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and affinity purified for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 353–522 of human GALNS (NP_000503.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
