Anti-GALNS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human GALNS (N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfate sulfatase) and affinity-purified using the immunogen to yield a preparation that recognizes endogenous levels of total GALNS protein. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it well suited for comparative studies of lysosomal storage biology and mucopolysaccharidosis IVA (Morquio A) research. The product is dispatched at 4 °C and should be stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent activity.
