Description
Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against GALNS. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
It was generated using recombinant full length Human GALNS as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of GALNS protein. Purification was by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~58 kDa.
