Anti-GALK2 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Galactokinase 2 (GALK2), the GHMP-family enzyme that catalyzes phosphorylation of galactose to galactose-1-phosphate in the Leloir pathway of carbohydrate metabolism. Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG reagent, this antibody is validated for Western blot detection of the human GALK2 protein in cell and tissue lysates.

Each vial contains 100 µl of affinity-purified antiserum suitable for downstream chemiluminescent or colorimetric immunoblotting workflows. To preserve activity across multiple experiments, aliquot the reagent upon arrival, freeze, and limit freeze-thaw cycles.
