Anti-GALK1 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GALK1 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) workflows, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 4-49 of human GALK1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of GALK1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
