Anti-Galectin-9 (G80) Antibody

It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of the Galectin-9 protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 51-100 of Human Galectin-9. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~40 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
