Anti-Galectin-8 (N82) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Galectin-8 (N82). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61–110 of human Galectin-8, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Galectin-8 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Two scientific images are available.
