Anti-Galectin-7 (Q67) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Galectin-7, with reactivity toward Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human Galectin-7, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Galectin-7 protein.

Validated for WB and IHC, the antibody is unconjugated and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific peptide, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
