Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GALE and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 129-348 of human GALE (NP_001121093.1) and recognises a band at 38 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.
