Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GALE. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
It was generated using recombinant full-length Human GALE as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of GALE protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 38 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
