Anti-GAL3ST4 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets GAL3ST4. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with the manufacturer recommending dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 137–486 of human GAL3ST4 (NP_078913.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 54 kDa. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The manufacturer states reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with supporting data from two scientific validation images.
