GAL11 (also known as MED15) is a subunit of the yeast Mediator complex, a multiprotein assembly that bridges transcriptional activators with RNA polymerase II machinery. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com, targets the native GAL11 protein and is validated for western blot detection of Saccharomyces cerevisiae lysates. The IgG fraction is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid in a 100 µl vial, unconjugated to allow flexible secondary antibody pairing in your assay. Store at -20°C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity. Useful for probing transcriptional regulation, sugar metabolism gene expression, and Mediator complex composition studies in yeast research.
