Anti-GAK (Q129) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101-150 of Human GAK, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GAK protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 143 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
