Anti-GAK Antibody [9-10]

The Antibodies.com Anti-GAK Antibody [9-10] is a mouse monoclonal IgG raised against cyclin G-associated kinase (GAK), a 150 kDa serine/threonine kinase that drives clathrin-mediated endocytosis, mitotic progression, and EGFR trafficking. Supplied as a 100 µl liquid preparation, the unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry on human and rat specimens, supporting studies of cell cycle control, DNA damage response, and neurodegenerative pathways where GAK has emerged as a candidate risk gene in Parkinson and Alzheimer GWAS datasets. As a monoclonal reagent, clone 9-10 provides reproducible detection of endogenous GAK in cell lysates and tissue sections.
