Anti-Gads (N158) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Gads protein, specifically recognising an epitope corresponding to amino acids 131–180 of human Gads (designated N158). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human and rat samples.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of Gads protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
