Anti-GADD45A Antibody

A polyclonal antibody targeting GADD45A is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal raised against the GADD45A target and supplied unconjugated as an IgG antibody. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry work and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-50 of human GADD45A (NP_001915.1). The detected target has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and purified by affinity chromatography. Working dilutions recommended by the manufacturer are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
