Anti-GAD2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets human GAD2, also referred to as GAD65, the 65 kDa enzyme that converts L-glutamate to GABA in inhibitory neurons and pancreatic islet beta cells. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antiserum, it is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, allowing multi-format detection of endogenous protein in fixed and unfixed samples. The product reacts with human antigen and is affinity-purified from rabbit serum in the IgG isotype.
