Anti-GAD2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GAD2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. It is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of the GAD2 protein and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein migrates at an observed molecular weight of ~ 65 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen and affinity chromatography. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human GAD2.
