Anti-GAD2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against GAD2 (also referred to as GAD65), and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 401–585 of human GAD65/GAD2 (NP_001127838.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
