Anti-GAD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises GAD1, a 67 kDa protein also referred to as GAD67. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation, affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human GAD67/GAD1 (NP_000808.2). It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (1:500–1:1,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200).

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
