Anti-GABRR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived IgG antibody raised against the recombinant human GABRR1 (gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor rho-1) immunogen and affinity-purified using that immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of total GABRR1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of GABA receptor rho-1 expression in neural tissue. Clonality is polyclonal and the host species is rabbit, so multiple epitope recognition is expected within the GABRR1 target.
