The GABRR1 protein is the rho1 subunit of the ionotropic GABA-A receptor, a ligand-gated chloride channel responsible for fast inhibitory neurotransmission. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets a region of human GABRR1 and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial is supplied at 100 µL of liquid antiserum, suitable for multiple blotting membranes or tissue sections depending on dilution. Researchers studying retinal circuitry, GABAergic signaling in the central nervous system, or receptor subunit composition in neurological disease models use this reagent to localize and quantify rho1 expression in tissue lysates and fixed sections.
