Anti-GABRR1 Antibody

The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, approximately pH 7.2) containing 15 mM sodium azide as preservative. It is validated for Western blot (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, with the expected target band at approximately 56 kDa corresponding to the full-length GABRR1 protein (UniProt P24046). The unconjugated IgG isotype allows flexible pairing with user-selected secondary reagents and reporter conjugates, and the polyclonal response provides broad epitope coverage for reliable detection of endogenous target.
