Anti-GABRB1 (Ab-434) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GABRB1, available from Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 432–436 (R-A-S-Q-L) of human GABRB1, and detects the endogenous level of total GABRB1 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and was purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific peptide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

GABRB1 is also known by the synonyms GABA(A) receptor subunit beta-1, GABAAR subunit beta-1, and Gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor subunit beta-1.
