Anti-GABPB1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds GABPB1, the beta subunit of the heterotetrameric GA-binding protein transcription complex that drives expression of nuclear-encoded mitochondrial respiratory chain genes, ribosomal RNA, and cell cycle regulators. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, unconjugated for flexible labelling and detection workflows.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human and mouse samples, the reagent has been used to profile GABPB1 levels in cancer cell lines, neural tissue, and stem-cell populations where altered mitochondrial transcription is under investigation. The polyclonal format increases the chance of recognising conserved epitopes across species and gives robust signal in nuclear and chromatin-associated extracts.
