Anti-GABPB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognises GABPB1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 231–395 of human GABPB1 (NP_005245.2). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target molecular weight is 46 kDa. Recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Western blot validation is shown using MCF7 lysates at 1:600 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody and ECL-based detection.
