Anti-GABPA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against GABPA. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human GABPA (NP_002031.2). The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The target has a molecular weight of 56 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it is aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
