Anti-GABARAP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human GABARAP (Gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor-associated protein, also known as FLC3B or MM46) and is affinity-purified using the immunogen to ensure specificity for the endogenous total GABARAP protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at –20 °C. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of autophagy and GABA receptor trafficking. Recommended Western blot data are generated on extracts from a panel of cell lines, while ICC/IF images demonstrate cytoplasmic and vesicular staining consistent with the known subcellular distribution of GABARAP.
