Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody (K51) recognises the GABAA Rγ1 subunit. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-72 of Human GABAA Rγ1 and detects endogenous levels of GABAA Rγ1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 54 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
