Anti-GABAA Rβ2 (R431) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against GABAA Rβ2 (R431). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of human GABAA Rβ2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa.
