Anti-GABAA Rβ1 (R328) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, targets the GABAA receptor β1 subunit (GABAA Rβ1). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is unconjugated. The antibody shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–370 of human GABAA Rβ1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the GABAA Rβ1 protein, which has a molecular weight of ~ 54 kDa.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
