An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 622–672 of human Gab1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody is validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of Gab1 protein and recognises isoforms migrating at approximately 76 and 110 kDa.
Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity chromatography of rabbit antiserum against the epitope-specific immunogen.
