Anti-GAB1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GAB1, this unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, with WB, IHC, and IF listed as supported applications. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa, and the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 594–694 of human GAB1 (NP_002030.2). It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
