Anti-GA45G Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the GA45G protein (also known as GADD45G, CR6, DDIT-2 or Cytokine-responsive protein CR6), supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101–150 of human GA45G and is affinity-purified from rabbit serum using the immunizing peptide, yielding a target band of approximately 17 kDa on Western blots. Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, with recommended starting dilutions of 1:50–1:100 for IHC, 1:100–1:500 for IF and 1:1000 for ELISA. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity to other species.
