Anti-G6PD Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody recognizes glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), the cytosolic rate-limiting enzyme of the pentose phosphate pathway that maintains cellular NADPH pools and defends against oxidative stress. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl aliquot, validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.
