Anti-G6PD Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 195–515 of human G6PD (NP_001035810.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 59 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified; concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
