Anti-G3BP2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets G3BP2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 140–280 of human G3BP2 (NP_987100.1) and is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is associated with a target molecular weight of 60 kDa. Storage recommendations are shipment at 4 °C, followed by aliquoting and storage at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Suggested dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.
